Our mission is three pronged: to build a sustainable and robust relationship with our clients; to assist them in trouble shooting and solving their technology needs;and to offer excellent network management services.
Giat’s Growth and Evolution
Giat Solutions Sdn. Bhd. was incorporated on the 6th of December 1996 by a few highly talented IT professionals. The company’s Chairman and CEO,Pukalenthi Theviannan, had a great passion, and wanted to set up an IT service operation that would provide the best quality service to customers. In two decades, Giat,based in Pusat Bandar Puchong, Puchong has now grown into a fully established service organization with far-reaching business operations.
Giat’s evolution has been admirable. We initially started off by focusing on in-house assembly and sales of personal computers to home users. In the past 24 years,our business has progressed to the supply of major notebook brands, as well as delivering network solutions and system integration services to marketing our products digitally and managed services.
Our Achievements
Giat Solutions was awarded as thebest: Retail and Trading Company for service excellence, by Kuala Lumpur & Selangor Indian Chamber of Commerce & Industry. Since, then Giat Solutions has been involved in various corporate social responsibility programmes such as free training, and apprenticeships.

We serve a broad segment of clients,ranging from large corporate companies, SMEs, schools,higher learning institutions and walk-in clients. Some of our major clients include Sharp Malaysia, APS Manja, North Soil Construction, Yushiro Semiconductors and Wysen Furnitures.
Our major distributor partners include: HP, Canon, Dell, Asus, Seagate, Microsoft, D-Link,Logitech, TP-Link,IBM, Intel, Lenovo, Acer, Epson, Symantec, Kaspersky,Kingston, Webroot and many others. We are an authorised IT outsource partner for all Sharp Photocopier machines and networking support.
