i) Product Information

The information on this site may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. Such errors, inaccuracies or omissions may relate to product description, product picture, pricing and availability. In the event an error occurs, it will be corrected immediately. GIAT SOLUTIONS reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions (including after an order has been submitted).

 ii) Pricing Policy

This site contains a large number of products. It is always possible that, despite our reasonable efforts, some of the products on the site may be incorrectly priced. If we discover an error in the price of the products you have ordered, we will inform you of this error and we will give you the option of continuing to purchase the product at the correct price or cancelling your order or proposing similar product replacement.

We will not process your order until we receive your instructions. If we are unable to contact you using the contact details you provided during the order process, we will treat the order as cancelled and notify you in writing. Please note that if the pricing error is obvious or unmistakeable and could have reasonably been recognised by you as a mispricing, we are not obliged to provide the products to you at the incorrect (lower) price. If you do not agree to the revised price, order will be cancelled and money will be refunded to you in full amount.

GIAT SOLUTIONS reserve the right to correct any errors published on the website at any time.

Prices shown are in Ringgit Malaysia and does not include delivery charges.

Do note that prices shown on GIAT SOLUTIONS's site is valid for online purchase only.

iii) Order Cancellation Policy

Cancellation By GIAT SOLUTIONS

In the event customer has placed order and the item is out of stock or EOL (end of life), we will inform you the estimate time of arrival, suggest you to consider other similar model/brand or cancel and refund to you.

Once customer order cancellation is approved, customer will be required to fill up a refund form and email back to GIAT SOLUTIONS (online@giat.com.my) to process the refund. Kindly be informed that banking process may take up to 14 working days

Cancellation Request

Customer can request for order cancellation via email (online@giat.com.my). Once the cancellation have been approved, customer will be required to fill up a refund form and email back to GIAT SOLUTIONS (online@giat.com.my) to process the refund.

**Cancellation will not be accepted once online have been shipped out

**Cancellation request by customer will be subjected to 5% restocking charges or RM 10 minimum restocking charges (*whichever higher) that will be deducted from the refund amount

**Cancellation will be subjected to terms & conditions of the supplier

**Kindly be informed that banking process may take up to 14 working days

Installation of Hardware
No installation services provided is unless stated in the product description.

Your responsibilities

You should make periodic backup copies of the data, files and programs stored on your products, including hard drives and storage devices, as a precaution against possible failures, alteration, or loss of the data. Before returning any product for service, be sure to back up data and remove any confidential, proprietary or personal information. Data may be lost during service. You should maintain a separate backup system or procedure that is not dependent on the products so you can reconstruct lost or altered files, data, and programs.

You may take further steps as may be properly recommended by the manufacturer or may otherwise be necessary to ensure that the items will be safe and without risks to safety when properly used by you or other your designated people

Warranty

All branded products are covered by the applicable warranty,according to the terms and limitations specified in the warranty statement bundled with such products.
